About IGTS and this website

IGTS Technical Services LLC provides technical service and product support. The .ae website focuses on installation, repair, maintenance and site-survey enquiries. Our main product catalogue is at igtstechnicalservices.com.

Enquiries and bookings

Use an enquiry to describe your requirements and ask our team to contact you. A saved enquiry reference confirms receipt by the website; it does not confirm a booking, product order, site attendance or permission to begin work. Please confirm arrangements with IGTS before relying on a visit date or availability.

Site requirements and quotations

Product compatibility, equipment condition, site access and installation requirements may need to be checked before a quotation can be confirmed. Provide accurate information and tell our team about relevant site restrictions. Confirm the scope of work, materials, price, any survey or call-out charge, schedule and exclusions in the written quotation before approving work.

Payment, changes and after-sales support

Project-specific payment terms, cancellation or rescheduling arrangements, warranty coverage and after-sales support must be stated in the applicable written quotation or agreement. If requirements change, ask IGTS to confirm the revised scope, price and timing before additional work proceeds. These website terms do not replace those project-specific documents.

Information and files you provide

Send only information and site media you are authorised to share and that are needed to explain the project. Avoid unrelated personal information, passwords and identity documents. Photographs, videos and location information are optional; you can describe the project without using the browser camera or location features. See our privacy notice.
