1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to IGTS Technical Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products or services. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to comply with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
2. Order Eligibility & Account Security

3. Pricing and Payment Policy

Currency: All transactions are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Security: Card details provided during checkout are transmitted directly to our secure payment partner via an encrypted connection.

Invoicing: In accordance with UAE law, every purchase is issued a detailed tax invoice in Arabic and English.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
We provide express shipping across the Emirates to ensure your security systems are up and running quickly.

Delivery Areas: We deliver to all 7 Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, RAK, and UAQ).

Timelines: Standard delivery is within 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping Fees: Fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
5. Warranty and Maintenance (For Technical Products)

Standard Warranty: All electronic products (Gate Motors, Control Boards, Barriers) carry a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty valid within the UAE.

Conditions: Warranty is void if the product is damaged by misuse, unauthorized repair, or electrical surges.

Service Extension: The warranty period may be extended by the time taken for repairs, as per UAE Consumer Protection regulations.
6. Return and Refund Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. Our policy is compliant with the UAE Blue Book for consumer rights:

Defective Products: If a product is faulty or "Dead on Arrival," we will replace it or provide a full refund.

Change of Mind: Per UAE law, we are not obligated to accept returns if the customer simply changes their mind, provided the product has no manufacturing defects.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment and can take up to 10 to 45 days to reflect in your account.
7. Professional Installation & Liability
While we sell products online, IGTS Technical Services also offers professional installation.

DIY Risk: IGTS is not liable for damage caused by improper DIY installation of high-voltage gate motors.

Limit of Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
